Samsung has added another star to the Galaxy constellation, this one intended solely for the Japanese market. A Galaxy J smartphone for Japan has reportedly leaked online via a brochure for the device which was picked up by a Japanese website.
The smartphone is thought to have 3GB of system memory, one of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 processors and a 5-inch display.
The phone is also due to have Japan-specific features, like a built-in 1Seg TV tuner for streaming over-the-air content to a display via your smartphone.
There’s no indication when the Japanese handset will be announced or available, though there is speculation that it will be making an appearance in an official capacity as soon as 10 October.
